Role overview

Step into your future with the ShopUp Fast-Track Program – the launchpad for fresh graduates to thrive in one of the most dynamic companies in the country.

We are looking for Fast-Track Interns who will work in our Distribution Business, gaining hands-on exposure to how one of Bangladesh’s largest distribution networks operates, transforms, and scales through technology and data-driven decisions. As we manage a diverse portfolio across categories such as telco, FMCG, and tobacco, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of multiple industries and understand end-to-end distribution dynamics.  

If you're a fresh graduate, this full-time internship program will help you level up your career with real-world exposure, mentorship from industry experts, and hands-on project experience. Our Fast-Track interns from Cohorts 1, 2 and 3 have already transitioned into full-time roles and are making remarkable contributions across the company. Upon successful completion of the internship period, you will also be transitioned into a full-time role, becoming a permanent part of the ShopUp team.

What You’ll Do
