The Client Growth Expert plays a crucial role in driving client acquisition and retention for REDX FTL, a full truckload logistics service catering to B2B clients. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, onboarding clients based on their freight and transportation needs, and ensuring a best-in-class client experience through coordination with internal operations. The role is crucial in sustaining long-term client relationships, resolving service-related issues promptly, and aligning customer success initiatives with REDX FTL’s growth strategy.

Job description

  • Manage and fulfill both Inbound (Port to Factory/Mill) and Outbound (Factory/Mill to Distributor/Dealer Points) full truckload logistics requirements of clients, ensuring service reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Identify, approach, and close strategic partnerships with mid-to-large scale B2B clients based on freight and full truckload needs.
  • Identify and onboard new categories of clients across various sectors to diversify the customer base and drive business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through persuasive and effective communication.
  • Ensure timely client payments by maintaining strong, trust-based relationships and proactively addressing any invoicing or service-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare and share regular business performance reports.
  • Execute tasks with urgency and prioritize work to exceed growth expectations.
  • Contribute to business development strategies with innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualification and experience

Professional Experience:

  • 2- 4 years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or sales, preferably in logistics or transportation.
  • Experience in corporate sales or B2B business development will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a track record of successful account management.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
