The Client Growth Manager is responsible for acquiring and growing strategic B2B partnerships for REDX FTL. Job description

  • Identify, approach, and close strategic partnerships with mid-to-large scale B2B clients based on freight and full truckload needs.
  • Develop client-specific strategies to increase account value and service adoption.
  • Lead client onboarding and maintain strong post-sale engagement to ensure service continuity and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, support, and finance) to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify emerging opportunities and adjust growth strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client retention, revenue growth, and service delivery.
  • Represent REDX FTL at industry events, client meetings, and negotiations to build brand presence and business trust.
  • Demonstrates a strong aspiration to grow into senior sales leadership roles by consistently delivering results, exhibiting ownership, and developing strategic client growth initiatives.

Qualification and experience

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B business development, account management, or logistics sales, preferably in full truckload or transportation services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be considered a plus.
