We are looking for a skilled and proactive Distribution Manager to oversee the end-to-end distribution operations of FMCG, commodity, and personal care products. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, maintain strong distributor relationships, manage inventory efficiently, and coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to meet market demand. Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills are essential for success in this role.
🔄 Oversee & Manage:
Oversee and manage the entire distribution process for FMCG products, commodity products, and personal care items.
⏱ Timely Delivery:
Ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
🤝 Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and field sales teams.
📦 Inventory Monitoring:
Monitor inventory levels across distribution points to avoid stockouts or overstock.
🔗 Coordination:
Coordinate with the sales and supply chain teams to align distribution with market demand.
🗺 Route Optimization:
Plan and execute route optimization and transportation cost control strategies.
📋 Compliance:
Ensure all distribution operations comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.
📊 Reporting:
Analyze distribution performance data and prepare reports for management review.
👥 Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate distribution staff to achieve operational excellence.
⚠️ Issue Resolution:
Handle any distribution-related issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
