As an Engagement Executive at ShopUp, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with micro-entrepreneurs (Porshis) and ensuring a positive and productive experience with our business unit. Your primary focus will be on customer retention, sales enhancement, and providing timely support through continuous communication and engagement.
>Regularly communicate with Porshis (micro-entrepreneurs) to understand their experience with the Porshi Business Unit.
>Provide instant responses to Porshis' queries across different communication channels.
>Report app and system-related bugs by engaging with users.
>Conduct product preference surveys by directly interacting with Porshis.
>Carry out surveys on price points and purchasing power.
>Promote various sales-boosting campaigns by communicating with Porshis.
>Maintain a balance between sales and collection through regular follow-ups.
>Drive improvements in processes and applications to enhance user experience.
>Document all communication and feedback from Porshis.
>Write real-life success or growth stories based on interactions with Porshis.
>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Development Studies, or any relevant field.
>Strong communication and negotiation skills.
>ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
