Job description

  • Assist in managing customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. Ensure high-quality, timely, and professional responses to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the business operations team to streamline processes and support the smooth execution of daily activities at ShopUp.
  • Help maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in analyzing operational data to support informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within customer service and operational workflows. Provide actionable suggestions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and filing, to support the team’s overall productivity and coordination.
  • Qualification and experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Additional information
