Job description

  • Manage customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
  • Collaborate with the Business Operations team to streamline processes and support smooth day-to-day operations at ShopUp.
  • Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and assist in analyzing operational data to support decision-making.
  • Identify areas for improvement within customer service and operational workflows, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, filing, and other support activities for the team.
  • Qualification and experience

  • Must be a graduate from a reputed university.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Additional information
