The Operations Finance Specialist role is crucial and has exposure to various stakeholders, maintaining compliance, DD and business decisions. This is a replacement position which needs to be filled up as early as possible for smooth handing over of tasks.
Data collection from business and other team & validation: Sales, COGS, Damage, Non claimable, Incentive, VAT, AIT etc.
Entry pass and approval in the system: Reviewing NetSuite data and JV approval
Reporting and analysis:
Audit FS (as per IFRS)- Manage external audit and preparation of audited FS as per IFRS
MIS- Weekly/Monthly/Yearly flash, actual (Subsidiary, Category, BU, Entity wise) and consolidation, enity wise ICRRS and trend/variance analysis
Reconciliation- DMS Vs. Netsuite, MIS Vs. audit FS (IFRS), Intercompany balance and Input/output VAT
Others- Need basis as per management's requirement
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certifications: such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Specific Certification- Graduation in Accounting/Finance, professional background like CA-CC, CMA (partly qualified), ACCA (partly qualified) preferable
Specific Skills/Technical Expertise- Hands-on with MS Office (MSEXCEL and PPT mostly), Google Suite. Previous experience in operating with ERP modules is preferable.
Particular Experience(If Required)- Full sets of Financials as per IFRS, MIS preparation and consolidation, assisting in preparation and monitoring of budget,
