Role overview

The Program Manager will work closely with business leaders to support the company’s strategic goals. This role involves shadowing senior leaders in their day-to-day operations, coordinating with business, tech, and enabler functions, and ensuring that key tasks and projects are completed on time. The person will manage and monitor program initiatives, track progress, and support informed decision-making through structured follow-ups and reporting.

Job description

Support business leaders by shadowing them on day-to-day strategic tasks, ensuring timely execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and enabling functions to ensure alignment and delivery.
Organize and oversee programs that align with the organization’s overall mission and strategic direction.
Track key action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure completion of deliverables.
Develop and maintain program plans, ensuring smooth execution of assigned projects.
Implement and manage changes to ensure that strategic project goals are met.
Monitor risks and dependencies and support mitigation planning in coordination with involved teams.
Prepare accurate, timely updates and reports on program progress, performance, and outcomes.
Analyze program data to identify improvement areas and support business decisions.
Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that contribute to the success of financial data programs.

Qualification and experience

Professional Experience:

Both fresh graduates and experience candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in program management and stakeholder management.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, or project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Jira) is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor degree/Master degree in engineering/ business, or related fields.
