Job description

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the rice factory.
  • Supervise production and quality control, ensuring timely and efficient rice processing.
  • Manage laborers and staff, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels, coordinating the timely procurement of raw materials.
  • Maintain factory equipment and ensure regular servicing and maintenance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
  • Ensure cost-effective and efficient production processes to optimize profitability.

    • Qualification and experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree / Honors in any relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in factory operations, production, or related fields.
  • Age: 30 to 50 years.
