Role overview

We are looking for someone who has been involved in bulk sales and has an understanding of bulk business.

Job description

  • Systemically drive and grow new sales outlets and distribution channels to sell our rice products.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule of the assigned territory.
  • Actively explore the Distributors, Retail & Wholesale market of commodity products and onboard in the territory.
  • Ensure services and retention of the channel onboarded.
  • Ensure the growth of sales and capture the market.
  • Lead sales team with regular monitoring, follow-up, and cross-checking of the sales target.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) and LM for optimal availability.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve the best results.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Qualification and experience

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce
